I cannot find the stock/mutual fund/ETF/crypto I am looking for
We have support for most stocks and ETFs from all over the world. If you can't find what you are looking for, try different searches using the ticker code, name, and exchange name. You can also search using the ISIN code. If you still can't find it, drop us a message in the app or from the website and we will look into it.
The prices are not updating or are wrong
Prices update periodically from our data providers. If you notice a discrepancy, try pulling down to refresh. If the issue persists, please contact us with the asset name and ticker and we'll investigate.
How does the lightning icon work?
The lightning icon indicates real-time intraday pricing, available for Premium subscribers. When active, prices update much more frequently throughout the trading day.
Can I connect my investment/crypto exchange accounts?
TrackMyStack is designed with privacy first — we don't connect to your bank or brokerage accounts. Instead, you manually enter your holdings so your login credentials are never shared with anyone, including us.
What is the difference between archived and deleted assets?
Archived assets are hidden from your main view but their historical data is preserved. Deleted assets are permanently removed along with their history. Archiving is useful for assets you've sold but want to keep in your records.
How to exclude a portfolio from net worth?
Open the portfolio settings and toggle the "Exclude from net worth" option. This lets you track assets like a watchlist without them affecting your total net worth calculation.
Do you offer a one-time purchase option (lifetime deal)?
Currently we offer monthly and annual subscription plans. Check the app for the latest pricing options, or contact us for more information.
How to delete a portfolio?
Open the portfolio you want to delete, go to its settings (gear icon), and select "Delete portfolio". This action is permanent and cannot be undone.
How can I cancel my subscription?
Subscriptions are managed through the App Store (iOS) or Google Play Store (Android). Open your device's subscription settings to cancel. Your premium features will remain active until the end of the current billing period.
